MY NAME IS TOMA. I LIVE IN KIROVSK: I AM TEN. I AM A PUPIL OF THE FIFTH FORM. I AM HOSPITABLE, FRIENDLY AND CURIOUS. I LIKE TO LEARN ENGLISH. MY HOBBIES ARE READING, PAINTING AND COOKING. I HAVE A SWEET TOOTH. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU A VERY GOOD RECIPE OF A CAKE “SWEET TOOTH”. IT IS MY FAVOURITE.

"SWEET TOOTH"

For cake you need:
Pastry:
•    3 eggs
•    2 glasses of flour
•    ½ teaspoon of slaked baking powder
•    1 tin of condensed milk
•    ½ glass of sugar
Cream:
•    200 g butter
•    ½ tin of condensed milk
Decoration:
•    1 kiwi
•    cocoa
Pastry:
1. Mix 3 eggs and ½ glass of sugar.
2. Add 1 tin of condensed milk and thoroughly mix them.
3. Add 2 glasses of flour and thoroughly mix all.
4. Add ½ teaspoon of slaked baking powder.
5. Make pastry and divide it into 3 parts. It will be 3 layers of the cake.
6. Bake 20 – 30 minutes each layer in a hot oven.
Cream:
1. Mix 200 g of butter and ½ tin of condensed milk.
2. Spread cream on each layer.
Decoration:
1. Cut kiwi into rounds.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa into ½ tin of condensed milk.
3. Trim the cake.
ENJOY YOUR CAKE.
